Not into it. Usually it's a fixed project budget based on goals that need to be achieved.

At the moment, I'm pretty happy where I am. Therefore I'm not interested in any full-time or part-time job opportunities. But, more than willing to work on a project basis. This seems to be more productive versus a role-based model of engagement.

For sure not after your first email. Let's talk via email to discuss your problems, goals, and exchange materials & info. This way, we can save each other's time on calls, and still can get an understanding if we're a good fit.

Glad that you have something in place already. But, I'm not a huge fan of jumping into existing projects or the ones that are currently ongoing. Nor do I work with an existing Visual Identity or a Design System.
